What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards thru PayMongo, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on deliver, and other secure payment methods. You can find more details during the checkout process.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery

What is your return policy?

We have a hassle-free return policy. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed information on how to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Payments are non-refundable and will be credited as store credit.
  • Returns are available for the first 2 days after you receive your purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in good condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.
  • We will notify you once we receive and confirm that your item is eligible for return.  Not eligible items will be send back to you, shipping will be handled by the customer.
  • Exchange item chosen will be subject for availability. We'll inform you once the chosen item is not available.
  • We will provide you with the full address details once your return has been authorized.
  • Shipping fees will be handled by the customer.
  • If you would like to exchange item(s) for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and place a new order with the same or higher price. We will only process your exchange item once all payments was completed - payments for additional fee if the item price is higher + shipping fee.
  • When receiving an incorrect or damaged item(s), please contact us immediately. Ship the item(s) back to us within 2 days (Shipping handled by the clients) and we will send back the right item(s) with free shipping.
  • Drop off of return item/s are allowed (Office Hours: 8AM-5PM). However, processing of exchange item/s are made within 1-2 business days as return item/s will go through our quality check section.

  • We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and refused at our discretion. We are only open during Weekdays (Mon-Fri) with an office hours of (8AM-5PM).

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, it takes 3-7 days for shipping after your order has been processed. However, please keep in mind that any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control and we cannot be held liable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, our shipping services are available worldwide. For information regarding the shipping costs, kindly consult FEDEX or DHL for their respective shipping fees.
